PRODUCTS LIGHT METAL

Aluminum is the most used metal to produce light and highly stressed castings. Due to its good castability and low specific mass, the automotive sector in particular offers many fields of application. Furthermore, it is ideal for food industry because of its low corrosion tendency.

All applications require specific metallurgic treatments including cleaning of the metal, grain refinement as well as modification. Only a specific treatment of the melt results in properties such as high strength, high extension values and secured anodisability. The treatment of the dross is also very important, as there is a huge saving potential of recovered metal and furnace and crucible walls need special maintenance.

Morex SCN High Thermal Conductivity

Morex SCN high thermal conductivity and high corrosion resistance thermocouple protection tube for light alloys.

SCN stalk ( Riser tube ) is used for low pressure casting system and shows several advantages over ordinal iron stalk and free from erosion of ferrous contamination problems. SCN stalk is 40& light than same shape as iron stalk

SCN protection tube for thermos couple of features are superior erosion resistance and have high thermal conductivity to molten non-ferrous alloy.

SCN Lance pipe ( Gas Babbling Pipe ) it has increased to babble N2 or Ar gas into molten aluminium alloy for the purpose of de-gassing ( Mainly de-H2) which is indispensable for improvement of casting product.

SCN lance pipe can be stabile and effectively used for a long time because it can not only blow minute gas bubbles from its body but also enable no-permeation form molten aluminium alloy.

MOREX- CERAMICS FILTER

Molten metal generates oxidizing impurities when it comes into contact with air in addition to inclusions. Removing the inclusions and oxidizing impurities is essential for improving product quality.

This product is a ceramic material that prevents oxidized impurities from getting into the product. The three-dimensional structure also prevents entrapped air due to turbulence in the molten metal during pouring, and exhibits a rectifying effect. Contributes to stable quality of metal products.

MOREX- NOTORP HYDROGEN ANALYZER FOR MOLTEN

NOTORP is an innovative hydrogen concentration analyzer designed for the production of molten aluminum alloys. Hydrogen/steam sensor of proton conductive ceramics based on CaZrInO3 is applied for measuring content of hydrogen/steam in high temperature gas atmosphere, molten Al and Cu, for fuel combustion control, warning sensor of hydrogen/steam explosion.
