For more than a decade, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has issued an announcement on the standard for controlling air emissions from industrial factories. for the industry to use as criteria for controlling air pollution emissions.
At present, in the industry there are efforts to reduce such emissions by improving production processes. Save energy to reduce carbon footprint. However, when the process of improving existing processes and machines reaches the point where they cannot be further improved. It is necessary to use new technologies to help solve problems.
Our new pollution control product line strives to provide safe and reliable high-quality equipment solutions and services to local manufacturers, using a combination of specialized know-how from KIYEON E&C Corp. In pollution control technology, and the engineering services of Prolific Group.
The industrial application of the environmentally solutions are lined with Prolific Group’s customer’s industry which are:
The Non-Catalyst Nitrogen Oxide Reduction Technology (SNCR) curated by KIYEON to reduce NOx (nitrogen oxide) gases is a step above the regular SCR method. Typically, to reduce NOx gas a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is commonly used. This process requires a reducing agent, SCR catalyst, and a specific temperature to set off the catalyst. However, by adding a reducing agent (e.g. Urea, or NH₃) to the combustion space of certain equipment like boilers under the right temperature conditions, NOx can be reduced up to 70% without using a catalyst. Through actual tests conducted on sites, KIYEON has discovered that the temperature required for SNCR to take place is usually around 850 ℃ ~950 ℃, which generally achieves a maximum NOx reduction efficiency of 50~70%.With their extensive know-how, KIYEON provides optimal SNCR technology solution and engineering prowess in equipment supply and installation services.
KIYEON’s RTO/RCO systems allow for a regenerative heat/catalytic oxidation system that can completely reduce VOCs, odors, and CO with almost no heat energy loss by designing through one system using heat storage materials.
VOCs and gases containing odorous substances passes through the preheated ceramic layer and heat up after passing through the air distribution device. At high temperatures, VOCs and odorous substances oxidatively decompose in the combustion area and pass through the thermal storage material at the outlet side, accumulating high-temperature waste heat in the ceramic. As a result, heat storage and heat generation are cross-operated at regular intervals and discharged as harmless and odorless clean gas
VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) is a hydrocarbon compound that generates ozone, which is a cause of chemical smog and various damaging effects to the human body. We provide a selection of treatment options tailored to accurately fit your manufacturing needs.
CO (carbon monoxide) has a strong affinity for haemoglobin, and increased concentrations in confined spaces can cause harm to humans and animals.
In order to solve this problem, we have developed and put into practical system that recovers heat energy and killing CO through complete oxidation of CO by applying specially designed CO reduction catalyst technology
