Point A – Spiral pitch (mm)
Point B – Rod pitch (mm)
Point C – Rod diameter (mm)

TYPE OF MESH BELT
Type No. K2 – Balanced Belt
– Widest range of application
– Stable construction for straight belt running
– This belt can be used for brazing, hardening, firing, tempering and lehr.
Type No. F2, A2 – Gratex Belt
– The surface is flat, so that unstable items can be carried
– The allowable tension is high, so that heavy load can be carried
– The belts can be used at high temperature
– The belts can have tight mesh, they can carry small materials
– F2 type can be used for hardening, and tempering
Type No. K2W, A2W – Double Balanced Belt
– The allowable tension is high, so that heavy load can be carried
– The belts can be used at high temperature
– Having fine mesh, the belts can be used for transportation of small items
– These belts can be used for sintering, brazing, hardening, tempering and lehr (K2W).
Type No. A4, A3
– Compound Balances Belt
– Since the surface is flat and smooth, the belts can carry small items and unstable
product
– The allowable tension is high, so that heavy load can be transported
– The belt strength against pressure is high, so that the belts can be used for processing
under pressure
– The belts can be used for textile products refining and cleaning process
Type No. S, SP – Conventional Belt
– Low cost
– Light weight
– Creep to one direction can be avoided by changing the spiral winding direction with regular intervals
Type No. FW – Flat Wire Belt
– The positive sprocket drive ensure stable running
– Large open area ensures high air permeability and dehydration capacity
– Because the belt has smooth surface, it can carry unstable products
– The belt can be easily washed
– CFW can be used for the curved conveyor
Type No. RR, RRW – High Temperature Belt
– The belts are characterized by extremely reduced widthwise shrinkage
– Because of unique structure the belts have high allowable tension
– RRW type can be used for sintering, and brazing.
